Lakefront improvements
The homeowner and I installed new composite decking and metal railing.
Inside I wired the new addition. With the homeowner, I also sheetrocked, installed the tongue + groove ceiling, and mouldings.
In the bar room I wired in lights and installed the cabinets. The homeowners and I also installed the oak flooring to match the existing flooring.
We cut through the existing wall and added a door jamb.
Outside I layed a brick apron arround the addition and also added about 6 feet with new lights to an existing retaining wall.
